Personal opinions about aesthetic considerations of the product, will not be considered defects of the product. Jamón is a salty product, so any refund claims based on this element or the curing point will have to be definitively double checked by thegoodjamon.com upon receipt.
In any case, as these are products for short-term consumption, the right of withdrawal by the customer once the order has been placed will not be considered.
If in any case the return is initially accepted by thegoodjamon.com, the order will be returned through the courier indicated by thegoodjamon.com in the same conditions of delivery. Return shipment costs will be charged to the customer in the first place and settled by bank transfer, although both the product price and return shipment fees will be refunded by bank transfer once thegoodjamom.com receives the product and effectively confirms that the incident relates to its consumption (e.g. excess salt or curation point) or defects in blisters/product upon initial shipment.
If a product other than that requested by the customer was delivered by mistake by thegoodjamon.com, it will be withdrawn and will be delivered the correct product without any additional charge to the buyer or will be credited the amount paid, according to customer preference. Similarly, in the event of any delay in receiving the order (more than 7 days from the expected date of delivery) or loss in shipping, thegoodjamon.com will deliver an order of similar characteristics at no cost or will be credited the amount paid by the customer.
Art. 123 of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), which establishes a period for responding to the lack of conformity from delivery or the period within which the consumer must report the lack of conformity, will not apply to these products as both periods are above the normal consumption period of these products and because the owner cannot verify that the reason is not a result of incorrect use by the consumer.

En cualquier caso, al tratarse de productos de consumo a corto plazo, no se considerará el derecho de desistimiento por parte del cliente una vez realizado el pedido.
Si en algún caso la devolución es aceptada inicialmente por thegoodjamon.com, el pedido será devuelto a través del mensajero indicado por thegoodjamon.com en las mismas condiciones de entrega. Los gastos de envío de la devolución correrán a cargo del cliente en primera instancia y se liquidarán mediante transferencia bancaria, aunque tanto el precio del producto como los gastos de envío de la devolución serán reembolsados mediante transferencia bancaria una vez thegoodjamon.com reciba el producto y confirme efectivamente que la incidencia está relacionada con su consumo (por ejemplo, exceso de sal o punto de curación) o defectos en los blísteres/producto en el envío inicial.
Si thegoodjamon.com entregara por error un producto distinto al solicitado por el cliente, se retirará y se entregará el producto correcto sin ningún cargo adicional para el comprador o se le abonará el importe pagado, según la preferencia del cliente. Del mismo modo, en caso de retraso en la recepción del pedido (más de 7 días a partir de la fecha prevista de entrega) o pérdida en el envío, thegoodjamon.com entregará un pedido de características similares sin coste alguno o se abonará el importe pagado por el cliente.
