Green Tender Baby Beans with Poached Egg and GoodJamón

Ingredients

Bottle of baby beans in olive oil
Fresh egg
Salt
GoodJamón
Pepper (optional)

 

Preparation

Heat the beans in a pan, don’t overheat since they are already cooked.
The tip to prepare the poached egg is to add a splash of vinegar to the water where you are going to cook it.
Put the beans in a serving plate and the poached egg on top.
Open a vacuum sealed blister of GoodJamón and top the egg and beans with the hand carved slices. Add some pepper (optional).
