Buffala pear Salad

Ingredients

GoodJamón
Cherry tomato
Nuts or almonds
Burrata cheese
Rucula
Pear
Honey
Salt
Virgin olive oil

 

Preparation

 
Cut the pear into small cubes with the skin on
Add some honey to the pear cubes. Cook the pear cubes in a frying pan over low heat to caramelise them, you can use a lid on the pan.
Cut the burrata into four pieces and add the caramelized pear pieces.
Add the crushed nuts/almonds and the rucula/rocket.
Add the cherry tomatoes sliced in half.
Add the GoodJamón.
Add just a little salt and virgin olive oil.
