Mini Salads of SILVER jamón, Melon and Lamb’s Lettuce

Ingredients

Melon
SILVER Label ham from theGoodjamon.com
Lamb’s lettuce.
Virgin olive oil
Vinegar
Salt

 

Preparation

 

The skin of the melon, if cleaned, can be used to present this salad in a more original way. To do this, cut each melon in half. Remove the pips and gradually scoop out the pulp. Cut the pulp into small pieces. You can also make melon balls.
Take a bowl and mix the melon pieces with the lamb’s lettuce. Dress with the virgin olive oil, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
In the bowl of your choice, add the melon mixture with the dressed lamb’s lettuce. Finally, add the slices of SILVER  jamón.
