Canapés with Quail egg, leek (or fresh tomato) and GOLD jamón

Ingredients

Quail eggs
Slices of bread
GOLD or SILVER Label ham from theGoodjamon.com
Leek or/and fresh tomato slices (as you like)
Olive oil

 

Preparation

 

Toast the bread, put some olive oil on it and some fresh tomato slices on top.
Add the slices of GOLD/SILVER jamón and top with a handful of sautéed leek and finish it off with a fried quail egg.
