Green Tender Baby Beans with Poached Egg and SILVER jamón

Ingredients

Bottle of baby beans in olive oil
Fresh egg
Salt
GOLD or SILVER Label ham from theGoodjamon.com
Pepper (optional)

 

Preparation

Heat the beans in a pan, don’t overheat since they are already cooked.
The tip to pepare the poached egg is to add a splash of vinegar to the water where you are going to cook it.
Put the beans in a serving plate and the poached egg on top.
Open a vacuum sealed blister of GOLD/SILVER ham and top the egg and beans with the hand carved slices. Add some pepper (optional).
