Green bean timbale with boiled potato GOLD/SILVER jamón

Ingredients

250 grams of green beans.
GOLD or SILVER Label ham from theGoodjamon.com
2 potatoes.
Mixed lettuce.
Pine nuts.
Virgin olive oil.
Vinegar.
Salt and pepper.

Preparation

Place the unpeeled potatoes in a casserole dish and cook until ready. Leave to cool and then peel and dice them.
Clean the green beans and cook them as well.
Take a plate and place the lettuce mixture on it, then the cooked potato cubes and finally the green beans. Season to taste with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Garnish with pine nuts.
Finally, open a vacuum sealed blister of GOLD/SILVER ham and top the salad.
