Ricotta peach salad

Ingredients

GoodJamón
Ricotta cheese
One peach
Rucula
Canonical lamb’s lettuce
Red onion
Cherry tomato
Salt
Virgin olive oil

Preparation

Cut the peach into half slices with the skin on
Slightly cook the half peach slices on a frying pan to enhance the flavor
Place some rucula/rocket and canonical lamb’s lettuce on a plate
Put some red onion and half cherry tomato on top
Add the cooked peach slices
Add the cherry tomatoes sliced in half.
Add the ricotta cheese.
Add the GoodJamón.
Add just a little salt and virgin olive oil.
